The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr265 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void associated winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — will be attributed to you and you will remain liable for it. You must notify pkr265 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts on the Platform operate primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where alternative currency options are available, the applicable exchange rates and conversion fees will be disclosed at the time of the relevant transaction. All promotional amounts and minimum/maximum limits displayed on the Platform are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Platform and all associated Services are made available to eligible Users for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may access the Platform using a personal device (mobile phone, tablet, or computer) and place wagers on available markets for your own account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software are compatible with the Platform. pkr265 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or maintenance downtime.
A wager is accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all wager details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. pkr265 is not liable for errors made by a User in the bet placement process.
Odds offered on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. For sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, and UFC — final odds are locked at the time of bet confirmation. pkr265 reserves the right to suspend or void markets in the event of data errors, irregularities, or events outside its control.
A wager may be declared void and the original stake refunded under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; manifestly incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
Winning bets are settled and credited to the User's Account Balance following official confirmation of the event result from recognised data providers. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type. pkr265 reserves the right to delay settlement pending investigation where a result is disputed or subject to official review.
Casino games, including live dealer tables and slot products, are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed on the Platform. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are made available within each game interface. Results are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer outcomes, as applicable.
pkr265 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Those specific terms form an integral part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with this clause.
Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to each eligible User once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited under these Terms.
pkr265 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements; exploitation of errors or technical faults; or coordinated activity with other accounts.

Users are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is available and functional in their location.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. Limits are denominated in PKR and may vary by payment method. pkr265 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Standard processing times are between one (1) and five (5) business days depending on the payment method selected. pkr265 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where it considers this necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy is applied as a fraud prevention measure and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
pkr265 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing costs. pkr265 is not responsible for any third-party fees applied by your bank, digital wallet provider, or payment intermediary.
pkr265 is required to verify the identity, age, and address of its Users as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You agree to provide accurate identification documents and any additional information reasonably requested by pkr265 to complete the verification process.
Verification documents typically include, but may not be limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) for Pakistani users, passport, or driving licence); a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address; and, where required, source-of-funds documentation. pkr265 may request additional documents at its discretion.
pkr265 aims to complete standard KYC verification within three (3) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. pkr265 is not liable for any delays arising from incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the User.
Verification is not a one-time process. pkr265 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time — for example, where transaction patterns indicate elevated risk, where Account information has changed, or where required by applicable regulatory guidance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr265 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to void all associated wagers and forfeit any funds held in the Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pkr265.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by pkr265 freely and without any obligation to compensate you.
pkr265 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. pkr265 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr265's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. pkr265 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
All gambling involves risk. pkr265 does not guarantee any outcome, and you accept full responsibility for all wagers placed on your Account. Gambling losses are not refundable except where a wager has been voided in accordance with these Terms.
The Platform may integrate with third-party game providers, payment processors, and data providers. pkr265 is not liable for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party services. Any disputes relating to third-party game outcomes should be directed to the relevant game provider in the first instance.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the pkr265 support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
pkr265 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the User has breached any provision of these Terms; the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; the Account poses a regulatory compliance risk; or closure is required by applicable law or by instruction from a relevant authority.
Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, disputes, and governing law survive termination of this Agreement and remain in full force and effect.

Please provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. pkr265 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
All disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event result being confirmed. pkr265 will investigate the matter using available data from recognised third-party data providers. The decision of pkr265 following a completed investigation shall be final, subject to escalation through the complaints process.
If you remain dissatisfied following pkr265's internal review, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to an independent dispute resolution body in accordance with the applicable operator licence conditions. Details of available escalation routes will be provided upon request.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr265 holds its applicable operator licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out in Clause 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
pkr265 does not represent or warrant that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited is done entirely at the User's own risk. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. pkr265 makes no representation as to the legality of the Platform in Pakistan and this does not constitute legal advice.
pkr265 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility requirements, payment terms, or dispute resolution procedures — pkr265 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 14.1. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
